The effective solution we discovered is to execute dsregcmd.exe /leave and then have the user login with their UPN instead of the SAMaccountName, which is our usual practice in the organisation.

I have encountered a similar issue with newly enrolled devices that are complaint and configured correctly. However, when some users tried to access the web version applications they would get this error message. A way I was able to fix this issue is by clearing the Cache and cookies on Edge or Google Chrome and that fixed the issue immediately . Hope this helps someone.
