What is the best OKR Software for Microsoft 365?

So... It is finally happening. Viva Goals is less than two months from shutting down. With Viva Goals having been built by Microsoft for Microsof users, it had a certain advantage over other apps in the app store. So now, what do you all think is the best OKR Software for Microsoft 365? Because I'm pretty sure even though they were warned well in advance, there are probably some organizations still using Viva Goals that will need to switch fast!

    Good question.

I’m on the OKR methodology side, and have limited actual exposure to platforms — but clients are asking me routinely these days (since Viva Goals was the default for most of my clients who weren’t using a spreadsheet-based system). So — this is anecdotal based on the platforms I get asked about, not a complete market survey!

Workboard had a close relationship with MS before the Ally acquisition, and they are supporting migrations. (They had an incredible services team when I worked with them years ago.) Large, complicated orgs often have Workboard in their consideration set.

Profit.co, Betterworks, and Mooncamp are the three other established players I get asked about the most often, and they all have some sort of migration option (either manual migration, *.csv upload, etc.)

Finally, rhythms.ai is built by the original team behind Ally-turned-Viva-Goals. I’d trust that team to have a solid and supported migration process, and I anticipate it’s where a lot of Viva Goals orgs will land.

Super curious to hear what others are seeing.
