What is the best OKR Software for Microsoft 365?
We've conducted similar research ourselves and found Teamflect. I've had several fractional clients of mine look for an OKR tool in Microsoft to replace Viva Goals. We did a trial run with Teamflect for a client that was really successful. As far as I know, they are a Microsoft Partner and their toolwas built for 365 specifically.
There are also surely some pretty great OKR tools out there such as Perdoo & Profit Co and they are exceptional tools.
But for replacing the hole left with Viva Goals, I recommend giving Teamflect a look.
A bit late to this thread, but adding another option for anyone still looking after the Viva Goals shutdown.
Oboard OKR Software is worth checking out, especially if Azure DevOps is already a big part of how your teams work. We recently launched OKR software for Azure DevOps that lets teams connect their OKRs directly to existing work in ADO, so you can keep strategy and execution tied together without adding another manual update process.
It also works well with Power BI and Microsoft Teams. Could be a good fit for teams that like having goals connected to the wider Microsoft workflow.
