What is the best OKR Software for Microsoft 365?
We've conducted similar research ourselves and found Teamflect. I've had several fractional clients of mine look for an OKR tool in Microsoft to replace Viva Goals. We did a trial run with Teamflect for a client that was really successful. As far as I know, they are a Microsoft Partner and their toolwas built for 365 specifically.
There are also surely some pretty great OKR tools out there such as Perdoo & Profit Co and they are exceptional tools.
But for replacing the hole left with Viva Goals, I recommend giving Teamflect a look.
If you’re already using Microsoft 365, I’d suggest looking at tools like Viva Goals or WorkBoard. They integrate pretty well with Teams and the overall Microsoft ecosystem, which makes tracking OKRs and team progress much easier. A lot of companies prefer solutions that sync naturally with Microsoft apps instead of using separate platforms for productivity management.
