I think you are both right.
After reading fast through some offical documentation, all that I can find is:
- you have access to everything while you have a subscription
- you must backup the data if you end your subscription.
While you have a subscription, you can set policies.
So, There is no mention about any numbers of years for any deletion of content.
I guess it should be enough for most companies.
