Sync Issues with Tracking Meetings from Outlook to Dynamics 365

This behavior is not a defect but a documented limitation. Dynamics 365 does not support tracking individual occurrences of recurring meetings. Microsoft’s official guidance is to track the entire recurring series instead. If synchronization issues continue, administrators should review any custom plug-ins and verify that appropriate security roles and privileges are correctly assigned.
