spam mail problem

i have an acoount o365 and aassociated with ....com domain. but when i i send e mail some leads, it is drop in spam to them. What is this condition? Also How Can i configuration, my o365 account for e mails is not spam that i sending.

  • Salvatore's suggestion is spot-on, but there might be also other factors involved here, which we can only guess about without having at least looked at the message headers. It's best if you open a support case and have this properly investigated. Contacting the other party and ask them to do the same on their end, as the issue might be something outside of O365 entirely.

  • You should configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

      settings was adjust, also my ip address is not listed on blacklist. but this problem that when i send mail  to somebody it marked as spam is contunious , also I got online support.

       Apparently microsoft has developed a bit more about this spam problem.
