spam mail problem

i have an acoount o365 and aassociated with ....com domain. but when i i send e mail some leads, it is drop in spam to them. What is this condition? Also How Can i configuration, my o365 account for ...

You should configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

    settings was adjust, also my ip address is not listed on blacklist. but this problem that when i send mail  to somebody it marked as spam is contunious , also I got online support.

     Apparently microsoft has developed a bit more about this spam problem.
