outlook 365- saving a modified Word attachment defaults to onedrive

new outlook message behavior - when composing a message with a Word attachment. If i open and modify the Word attachment, outlook tries to save the modified Word file to OneDrive. How to force  outlook to save the modified Word file back to the message attachment? tnx
