Opening embedded excel macro file in word doc not working

Hi All. After a recent office 365 upgrade, when I try to open an embedded object excel macro file attached to a word document it wont open as a trusted document saying it has identified a potential security concern and blocks the macros. This used to work before the recent upgrade. Anyone know how I can fix this?
