Office 365 Outlook
We are using Office 365 for our Microsoft apps. I have one computer that continues to get stuck logging on to the mail server. We are using Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) and Outlook (32 bit). The individual can still log on through the portal. The remainder of our office is set up the same way and running fine. What could I be missing on this one computer and ideas on how to fix? Could you elaborate a but more on what happens when you try to login to Outlook 2016? I experienced a similar issue where a user could login online but not on the desktop app and I was able to resolve it by disabling IPv6 in the computer's network settings. - DeletedIPv6 idea is good. If that doesn’t work. Remove the profile from mail and add it back.
