O365 Admin Role for sitewise
Hi,
I want to give password administrator role to particular user in India and he should manage only Indian user alone. likewise i should assign reset of the countries.
Note:
Indian Admin should not view (or) reset other country user account's and likewise other country admin also.

- Office 365 does not support this at the moment through the UI, but this is something you can definitively do by means of PowerShell and it's based on the Azure AD Administrative Units:

For this shall i use free azure AD or should buy Azure basic or premium plan.
If i need to buy license how many numbers need to buy.
