Need suggestions for managing email signatures organization-wide

Full disclosure: I'm the original developer of Set-OutlookSignatures, so please take my comments with that in mind.

Relying on users to maintain their own Outlook signatures almost inevitably leads to inconsistent branding, outdated contact details, and varying formats across the company. Unfortunately, Microsoft's native options still don't provide comprehensive centralized signature management across all Outlook clients and scenarios.

When evaluating third-party solutions, organizations typically consider two approaches:

• Server-side (cloud) solutions provide strong centralized control and consistent signatures, but they generally require directory synchronization with an external service and typically route outbound email through that provider's infrastructure.
• Client-side solutions keep directory data and email traffic within your environment, but historically they have faced challenges delivering a consistent experience across the various Outlook versions and devices in use today, and they often lack features.
