Need suggestions for managing email signatures organization-wide

Small shops can use transport rules to centralize signatures. The issue about appending signatures to replies is easily solved. However, this becomes an element that must be managed over the long term.

Most large to medium shops that I know end up with a third-party solution. There are two big players in this market: Exclaimer and Code Two. I prefer Code Two, but that's just a matter of personal choice. You should test both.

Above all, you must make sure that the directory is correctly populated. If you don't, any centrally deployed signature solution is doomed to failure.
