How to share the contents of the Service Health dashboard with other users
Hello, I hope everyone is well!
For some time I have been trying to make the contents of the Office 365 Service Integrity panel available for consultation by some users, but without success.
At some point I thought about sharing that content on a Sharepoint site, at another, publishing it in a Teams group.
Anyway, I really haven't found how to do it.
I realized, reading around here, that this is a doubt of many. But it is also true that the answers are scarce, old and I have not found a better way forward.
Apparently, there is a way to do it. Do you have any tips, or any guidance on the best way forward?
Just putting it in context: A very large company, with several independent IT departments that would need to see this content, evidently combined with other information that comes from a single place. So either a Shaepoint Site or Teams group. But I'm open to any better suggestions.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Hugs and Good Job

- You can query the data via the Communication's API: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/service-communications-api-overview?view=graph-rest-1.0
Then expose it where appropriate. I'm sure someone has prepared an Power Automate flow as well.- tcboeiraBrass ContributorThank you Vasil Michev. You always help! Thank you so.
I'm studying how to use Graph. It's an absolutely new situation for me. For this one, I read the documentation, from the given link, but a permission error occurred. Although I have them all. I'll keep reading.
I researched when Automate - in that hope for something - but I didn't find it. Very likely my research was not assertive.
In another search, I found that in the panel itself there would be an option to Share, but I didn't find it.- There's an option to subscribe to the SHD via email, if that works for you. You can find it under: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/servicehealth/:/shdpreferences
