How can I disable Office Privacy option
We have a lot of users getting the Office Privacy option and we would like to disable this across board . If possible how can we do this via GPO or the admin center for office desktop apps ...

For Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, formerly Office 365 ProPlus, you can use GPO for the new settings (diagnostics data and connected experiences). When you manage these settings for your users they won't be prompted.
