Hide create site and create news

Hi 

I know that I can hide the 'Create Site' button from the SP home and the 'Site page' in the SP admin -> Settings  - but what, where and how: 

  

"Show the Create site command to users who have permission to create sites" 


Which 'permissions' qualifies a user to Create sites - its show for everyone that have a SharePoint license.

    Hi Taen keren - the permission statement is linked to the ability to create O365 Groups.  See here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Manage-who-can-create-Office-365-Groups-4c46c8cb-17d0-44b5-9776-005fced8e618   As I understand it, there are no permission controls for classic sites if this is what you are looking for here.
