You need to keep the existing live form and its response link, so duplicating or deleting it is not the right first step. Microsoft documents a limit of 200 responses for free personal accounts and 1,000 for paid personal accounts. Your 200-response stop suggests that Forms is not recognizing the expected paid entitlement for the form’s owning account; the purchase banner alone does not establish why. Sign out and open Forms in a private browser window using the exact Microsoft account that owns this form. Check that same account’s subscription benefits, and have the Family subscriber confirm that its sharing invitation was accepted for that account. If the entitlement is active but the limit remains, ask Microsoft support to investigate entitlement recognition on this original form. Provide the form ID, response count and subscription evidence privately. Do not delete responses or buy another subscription as a diagnostic test.
