    What can I do if I don't have the "General" section under Options on that registry path? I've attempted to have the GPO set to "create" in the hopes that it would write the value, but that doesn't appear to be working for me. I've added the most recent ADMX files to the DC as well. No luck here.

    We no longer have a requirement to implement that but I've tested your answer and it works as desired.
