Delegate cannot create Skype meetings
Hello,
after creating a bunch of users I discovered that the "Skype-Meeting" button is not displayed in their Outlook Web App when creating a new calendar entry. However, that button is displayed in my calendar when I am logged in as Global admin.
I triple checked the Exchage settings and Skype settings but cannot figure out what is hiding it from my users.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
- The Skype button is not immediately available when you create users in Office 365, it takes some time until it's displayed

I figured out that the button was available from the very beginning (after creating a new user) until I changed its email address from user.name@domain.onmicrosoft.com to user.name@domain.com (our custom domain). Of course that domain has been validated by the integrated DNS checker before. After I reverted this change the button became available again.
Why is that?
Make sure the UPN, Primary SMTP address and the SIP address all use the same domain, as a best practice.
