Creating Labels with Office 365 E5 and email security

Hi, I used to apply labels in MS Office 365 E5 where it would say in Word this document requires a label example secret, t/s, confidential and private in Outlook I could specify Outlook to tell me if I am sending emails outside my org. Now I can't figure it out anymore.
