Create new search folder - emails from people and lists?

Hi - in Outlook 365 (web version) I am tying to create a search folder for emails from a specific person.   While there is an option "Emails from People and Lists" it's not actually an option to choose.  The only selectable option below it is "Emails sent directly to me".   Is there a way to create a search folder that filters by sender ?  Thanks.
