Change default font organisation wide and over all software?

Is it anyhow possible to set the Default font for all users / Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...)

What does it direct in Word for example. But I want to set it over Office 365 console

No this isn't possible, nothing built-in to Office 365 will set the default font for apps per your suggestion.
