Cancelling Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)

I'm a Microsoft CSP provider. My customer wants to cancel their subscriptions because they want to leave the Microsoft. Do I need to cancel their MCA or will it be cancelled automatically?

If it is necessary to cancel the MCA, where should this be done?
