When Decrementing MACC with Private Offer

Hi ArjanTaal​ - In order for a purchase to contribute to a customer's MACC, the offer must be eligible on or before the "transaction date" and the MACC must have an effective date on or before the "transaction date". The transaction date for SaaS purchases is defined as the date the publisher activates the offer. Renewals of Azure benefit eligible solutions that occur after the MACC effective date will contribute to the commitment. For example, if an Azure benefit eligible solution bills monthly, then billing for the months following the effective date contributes to the MACC.
