Agreed on private offers for deal velocity. One thing that often gets missed in this conversation: private offers and co-sell matching interact in a way most partners don't expect.
When you set up a private offer for an enterprise deal, your co-sell pitch materials in the Referrals workspace need to reflect how the customer will actually buy. Post-QRP, the matching algorithm checks for consistency between your listing, your co-sell one-pager, and your offer structure. Partners who have private offers live but haven't updated their co-sell materials since the March 31 transition are sometimes seeing lower match quality because the materials describe a purchasing path that no longer matches their actual offer setup.
