MD-102 & MS-102 EXAM RELEASE DATE!!

I would like clarifications on the subject matter, what happens to holders of the MD 100 and 101 certificates? Would it be mandatory for them to sit and write the new exams MD102 in order for their respective certifications to be accepted and then have new certifications thereafter? Mindy_Allison
