MCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update July 26
Hi there,
Thanks for sharing. May I ask you one question regarding MTM.
I regularly deliver training sessions through various EdTech platforms and, occasionally, corporate trainings via partnered training centers. These organizations typically use their own systems to record session details and collect participant feedback.
In cases where they are not willing to adopt MTM (Metrics That Matter) for feedback collection, how can I effectively encourage them to consider it? Alternatively, are there any recommended approaches or workarounds to align with it to get renewal process seamless. ?
I would appreciate your guidance or suggestions on how best to proceed.

Authorized TSPs are required to use MTM when delivering Microsoft ILT courseware. It is in their contract.

I completely agree. However, What if it's Edtech ? Generally, Edtech Institutes will not use MTM.

If Edtech is not a TSP then you cannot deliver using the Microsoft ILT materials. I would have the Edtech go through our MSLE program.

Let me give you more clarity on this.
Most of the Edtech will prepare customized curriculum let it be MS Excel, Power BI , or any Azure Service then after, they do deliver this content to the participants.
So, In this context How we should go for it.
