Learner Achievement Code Outlook Account Retrieval
Hello Members,
Is there a way to retrieve the Microsoft Learn administrator Outlook account (find the email address) that was used for registering for Learner Achievement Code?
Is it possible to check using the MPN Location ID or other details?

Don't create personal accounts for company access, I am not sure who at Microsoft had that bright idea to recommend this to partners.
Use normal work account to set it up, that way when you lose access, your admin can unlock it for you.
You need an outlook.com account to generate achievement codes on Learn
You don't, my work account works just fine. Microsoft just likes encouraging Shadow IT for some reason.
I had a feeling that would be so and I posted here to try my luck.

Easiest path forward here is to create a new admin account for Learn. You can find those instructions in our Get Started documentation.

I suspect Microsoft partner team will need to find out but not sure how easy it would be for them either.
Sounds like you need to tighten up your own organization's processes.
