Hello Members, Is there a way to retrieve the Microsoft Learn administrator Outlook account (find the email address) that was used for registering for Learner Achievement Code? Is it possible to...
Don't create personal accounts for company access, I am not sure who at Microsoft had that bright idea to recommend this to partners.
Use normal work account to set it up, that way when you lose access, your admin can unlock it for you.
You need an outlook.com account to generate achievement codes on Learn
You don't, my work account works just fine. Microsoft just likes encouraging Shadow IT for some reason.
