How do I confirm my MS Learn admin account is properly synced with my organization?

I manage an MS Learn admin account set up for our organization, used for achievement code generation. I want to confirm the account is correctly linked to our org, so achievement codes and any org-level data reflect accurately on our side. Is there a way to verify this sync status directly, or a specific setting/dashboard I should check? Would appreciate guidance on what to look for and whom to contact if it's out of sync.

  • Hi OviyaSharon - if your achievement code looks similar to the image below, where after the "?" you see the OCID as a location belonging to your organization, and the 6-digit redeem code (different for every link generated) then you should see the performance metric attributed to your organization.

Note: redemptions are collected for 1 month and then updated in Partner Center mid-next month. If you were to redeem a code today (Sept 23) you wouldn't see that data in Partner Center until about the 10th of October when all of September's data is listed.

If you log into your Training Services Partner dashboard in Partner Center, you'll see a "details" button. That will generate an xls that shows the redemptions for each code (class) you created and were redeemed.

I’d first check that you’re signed in with the correct work or organization account and that the organization details match what your admin has configured. If everything looks right, signing out and back in can sometimes refresh the account sync. Your Microsoft 365 admin should also be able to confirm whether the account is showing correctly on their side.
