Stuck in an authenticator loop

You cannot bypass Microsoft Authenticator or an outdated backup email on a Microsoft 365 Business account by yourself. As the sole administrator, the only way forward is to contact Microsoft support, who will verify your domain ownership and reset your Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) so you can register new methods.
I tried calling microsoft support but i coulrnt get past the bot screening the call, its conclusion was to refer me to the web support, whixh i cant use because the authenticator doesnt work. Do you know how i could get through to suport to help me?
