Problem Excel
why is my subscription not found? even though I always pay regularly every month
please help

Thank you for you all understanding and patience
First restart Excel and try to open other files for basic troubleshooting, the problem still exists, press Win+R and type excel /safe to enter safe mode to repair the Office installation.
Then in safe mode normal then disable the plug-in or choose to update the driver.
