Problem Excel
why is my subscription not found? even though I always pay regularly every month please help
First restart Excel and try to open other files for basic troubleshooting, the problem still exists, press Win+R and type excel /safe to enter safe mode to repair the Office installation.
Then in safe mode normal then disable the plug-in or choose to update the driver.
