Making a list of data extracted from another excel file

Hello everyone! I have a Metars excel data (first image) here and I want to extract the data and make a list of it (second image). I have been doing it manually which I copy and paste the values from the files to another excel table which is I think is very time-consuming.  Is there anybody know how to make it more automatic so that I don't have to copy and paste all the time.
