Thanks for the reply, however, column K is just notes that I entered for clarification. I do not require any equations in column K. The cells that may be effected by the "Closed For Holiday" dates are columns B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I.

Scott_Williams_51266 Sorry but I don't really understand what you want, but perhaps a conditional format in column J then??? See attached.
