Formula for finding columns that contain text strings

I have about 4000 unique text strings and about 35 columns with headers. Each column contains a subset of the unique text strings.  For each text string I want to know the columns (headers) in which the text string appears. Thanks in advance for any help.

      Hi Jan, please see attached.  This includes a small subset of my data. 

       

      Column A contains a subset of approx 4000 unique text strings ("narrative situations")

      Columns B-AA each contain subsets of the text strings from column A.  

      For each string in column A, I want to know which of the columns (B-AA) where it appears.

       

      Note:  because I have chopped up my original data for this sample, many of the strings in column A may not be present in any of the columns (B-AA).
