Formula for finding columns that contain text strings

I've put my full set of data into your revised solution and I think there is one small problem because I didn't correctly explain my data.
My data contains 3968 unique narrative situations in Sheet 1, column A. Some of these situations ONLY appear in "Mood" columns/categories. Some of these situations ONLY appear in "Action" columns/categories and some of these situations appear in BOTH categories.
In Tabelle1 I think your solution is correctly showing complete results for the Mood category (2170 narrative situations) but for the Action category, the solution is only showing results for narrative situations that ALSO appear in the Mood category (687 situations). The solution is not showing results for situations that ONLY appear in the Action category.
Many thanks for your efforts it would be great to have one more revision so that I can see full results for both Mood and Action.
