D365 Sales Enterprise for Nonprofit Sunset

Dear Community,

 

Following the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2023-december#7 regarding the sunset of D365 Sales Enterprise for Nonprofit, we came up with few questions in order to share the correct actions to our partners.

 

More specifically, the FAQ says and I quote "If customers currently have a grantfor Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, at their next subscription renewal, the subscription will automatically expire unless the customer moves to a different Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise SKU." Question: Could you please enlighten us what is this different D365 Sales Ent. SKU by sharing its code? We would like to understand the transition journey for this to be implemented in the right way.

 

Based on our knowledge, the NonProf Dynamics are not yet available in NCE for our customers to switch prion the 1st of January and probably our customers will not want to downgrade to Sales Professional as mentioned also in the FAQ.

    Using legacy SKU's you would transition the customer from the donation SKU to the discounted SKU.

    a0c39332-cdc8-4d16-a52d-75a1cdfb93c1 = 5 seat max donation SKU.
    8817b694-eea3-43f3-9b0b-4dcec5fb9f47 = Non-profit discounted SKU.

    Question: Could you please enlighten us what is this different D365 Sales Ent. SKU by sharing its code?

      As per the Offer Matrix, the legacy D365 Sales Enterprise Edition for Nonprofit (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) will be available in NCE on 1st of January 2024.

       

      Question: if legacy D365 Sales Enterprise Edition for Nonprofit (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) subscription expires prior the 1st of January, what SKU should a customer choose to renew the subscription in order to avoid their subscription for moving into an expired state?
