    Using legacy SKU's you would transition the customer from the donation SKU to the discounted SKU.

    a0c39332-cdc8-4d16-a52d-75a1cdfb93c1 = 5 seat max donation SKU.
    8817b694-eea3-43f3-9b0b-4dcec5fb9f47 = Non-profit discounted SKU.

As per the Offer Matrix, the legacy D365 Sales Enterprise Edition for Nonprofit (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) will be available in NCE on 1st of January 2024.

 

Question: if legacy D365 Sales Enterprise Edition for Nonprofit (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) subscription expires prior the 1st of January, what SKU should a customer choose to renew the subscription in order to avoid their subscription for moving into an expired state?
