Cannot create Information Barrier Policy

- The issue should now be resolved. An update was pushed to the tenants and should be completed by tomorrow. I tested in my tenants and the fix has resolved the issue. Thanks
Seems I can repro this, looks like an issue on the backend. Best open a support ticket or report it in the Data Security & Privacy CCP, if you are a member.

The issue is the same whether I create the policy through the GUI or Powershell.
