Access Restricted Error On Partner Center Dashboard
Hi all,
As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs.
Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. I've compiled the errors and sent to the engineering team for further investigation. I will update you here when there is news to share.

The same problem is happening in Athens, Location Partner ID 1700970. We get an Access Restricted Error when clicking on Training Service Partner. At the same time, the Request Achievement Code button also stopped working. Please check, you will see that it is not functioning.
I realized that my issue was with the account that I was using. I added my external domain and user to my Microsoft Partner profile, but I had to give it the same level of permissions for accessing membership benefits that the original *onmicrosoft.com work account that I had created during the onboarding process. I have confirmed that I no longer get that error message, which I was getting before checking "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Partner Admin" role under Account settings | User management.
Just a FYI, I have the same error also when trying to access the TSP Dashboard. Please add me to the list of those who are experiencing this problem.
