Viva Amplify Open Rates have dropped significantly - did something change?
Hello, In two different campaigns, for a total of 4 messages, starting 9/20 our open rates have dropped significantly for messages to the same audience. Previous open rates were around 50%, they are now showing 18% or less. Hello, I am getting the following error message when trying to publish via Viva Amplify for Outlook. 'We have encountered an unexpected issue while publishing to one or more distribution channels. Select Retry to publish again' The emails are all internal to our company and I have tried to individual and shared email addresses and get the same error, even when click Retry several times. Hello, As of today, I am no longer able to save any new templates within Viva Amplify, I can only edit current templates. The dropdown option to "Save as template" has disappeared. Hello, Has anyone come across an issue with the Outlook distribution where you can not change the “From” account? As of today, it won’t let me change that. When I click “Other email address…” nothing happens. I have created a new communication, logged out, restarted my laptop, tried a different browser and it has not resolved. When someone else tries to edit, it says I am still editing even though my laptop wasn’t even on. Hello everyone, I am currently aiding a customer using Amplify in their environment. We have come across two questions/issues that I would like to share: (Error) Doubled Feedback in Analytics: For Teams posts, reactions seem to be doubled in analytics. For instance, a post will have 13 thumbs and 2 hearts - in analytics, this will read as 30 positive feedbacks. This seems to happen consistently across several Teams posts. Has anyone encountered this before? (Question) Integrating Amplify content into SharePoint Newsflows My customer is using SharePoint page details (such as "news type") to determine to which feeds a post will play out. Amplify does not allow altering site details when creating a SharePoint post. Thus, posts need to be edited after posting to ensture the flow is triggered. Is there some way around this? Hello! I am currently doing a consulting project focused on the internal communications of a large corporation. Although Viva Amplify is a very interesting tool, the following issues prevent us from recommending the platform: 1.Itdoesnot allow audience targeting for SharePoint publications. This is a major issue. 2. It does not have a calendar of all the scheduled publications, with the channels and audiences of each one - it does not allow communicators to have a holistic view what is being communicated 3. It does not provide comprehensive analytical capabilities - it does not showcase the average time in each publication and it does not showcase the overal usage and engagement with the channels Does anyone know of a way to solve this issues? Hi everyone! I created a template in a campaign - a template that I could use for other campaigns too. Unfortunately, I realized that the template is only available in the very campaign in which I created it. Is there a possibility to make that template available to all publications across every campaigns? Hello everyone, with recent demos of Viva Amplify, I have run into two issues: Campaign Visibility Users can only see campaigns they themselves have created in their dashboard, no matter their role. So Campaign 1, created by User A, will have User B as editor or approver. User B, however, sees only their own campaign, Campaign 2, in their Dashboard, but not Campaign 1. Using the campaign's URL, User B can view and edit Campaign 1 without issues. Direct navigation to the campaign's page from the dashboard, however, is not possible. The issue is the same regardless the role and whether a user is an initial part of the campaign or added later. Both users are part of the M365 group and can navigate to the sites e.g. via the associated team sites. Approvals Approvals seem to generally be causing errors at the moment. If an approver does receive an approval, the approval does not contain an option to view details / jump to the element that the approver needs to review. Below is a full view of the approval request details - I am almost certain there was a link leading to Amplify page included in the approval request not two months ago. I am working with a client, training on amplify. As we create test campaigns, in the past week, none of the new campaigns are appearing in the Campaigns list for users. Only campaigns they create appear.
