Can't see some Teams
We have been testing Amplify for some time now. When publishing to a team we can see some of our teams but not all teams. When posting from Amplify to a SharePoint site, it would be nice if the image gallery webpart was available. I could understand the webpart not being available if outlook or teams was selected as it may not be supported across mail. Currently we have issue with attempting to create Campaigns. There are a handful of users that receive the following error when attempting to create a campaign. "An unexpected problem occurred. It's likely there is an error with your campaign name, alias, or member selection. Please go back and try re-entering those values to see if the problem resolves." We have verified that the users attempting to create are licensed with the Microsoft Viva Employee Communities & Communications license. Users are also set up as Campaign Managers. We also reverted the setting back to Everyone in your Organization can create campaigns, there is still an error. Hello, In two different campaigns, for a total of 4 messages, starting 9/20 our open rates have dropped significantly for messages to the same audience. Previous open rates were around 50%, they are now showing 18% or less. Hello, I am getting the following error message when trying to publish via Viva Amplify for Outlook. 'We have encountered an unexpected issue while publishing to one or more distribution channels. Select Retry to publish again' The emails are all internal to our company and I have tried to individual and shared email addresses and get the same error, even when click Retry several times. Hello, As of today, I am no longer able to save any new templates within Viva Amplify, I can only edit current templates. The dropdown option to "Save as template" has disappeared. Hello, Has anyone come across an issue with the Outlook distribution where you can not change the “From” account? As of today, it won’t let me change that. When I click “Other email address…” nothing happens. I have created a new communication, logged out, restarted my laptop, tried a different browser and it has not resolved. When someone else tries to edit, it says I am still editing even though my laptop wasn’t even on. Hello everyone, I am currently aiding a customer using Amplify in their environment. We have come across two questions/issues that I would like to share: (Error) Doubled Feedback in Analytics: For Teams posts, reactions seem to be doubled in analytics. For instance, a post will have 13 thumbs and 2 hearts - in analytics, this will read as 30 positive feedbacks. This seems to happen consistently across several Teams posts. Has anyone encountered this before? (Question) Integrating Amplify content into SharePoint Newsflows My customer is using SharePoint page details (such as "news type") to determine to which feeds a post will play out. Amplify does not allow altering site details when creating a SharePoint post. Thus, posts need to be edited after posting to ensture the flow is triggered. Is there some way around this? Hello! I am currently doing a consulting project focused on the internal communications of a large corporation. Although Viva Amplify is a very interesting tool, the following issues prevent us from recommending the platform: 1. It does not allow audience targeting for SharePoint publications. This is a major issue. 2. It does not have a calendar of all the scheduled publications, with the channels and audiences of each one - it does not allow communicators to have a holistic view what is being communicated 3. It does not provide comprehensive analytical capabilities - it does not showcase the average time in each publication and it does not showcase the overal usage and engagement with the channels Does anyone know of a way to solve this issues?
