Personalized User Content in Viva Amplify Campaigns
We’re exploring the use of Microsoft Viva Amplify to send out daily newsletters or notifications to users across our organization. Our goal is to make the content personalized for each user. we’ve noticed that Viva Amplify currently doesn’t seem to support inserting dynamic content that varies per users. Every user receives the same message in a campaign. To address this, we’re considering whether it’s possible to embed a custom SPFx web part inside a Viva Amplify template. The SPFx web part would dynamically render content based on the current logged-in user’s metadata, allowing each user to see personalized information. Questions: Is there any supported or upcoming way to include custom SPFx solutions inside Viva Amplify campaign templates (similar to how we can in SharePoint pages)? Or are there any built-in web parts or extensibility options that can help fetch and display personalized dynamic content for each user? If not currently supported, is there any roadmap item or recommended workaround for delivering personalized dynamic communications using Viva Amplify?jayprajapati21Oct 15, 2025Copper Contributor40Views3likes0CommentsApply company branding to webparts in Outlook emails
Hi, We are having issues with Outlook emails pulling through company branding from Viva Amplify. We can customise the Outlook channel to edit the email output (i.e. changing the background colour of sections), but are struggling to change the colour theme for buttons - the buttons default to a blue theme and can't be changed. I am aware that the Brand Center may soon be able to work with Viva Amplify Outlook emails. Will the Brand Center allow company colours to be applied to webparts such as buttons? The "type the name of a Teams channel" is limited to only 5 channels. How can we see more Teams channels. For example, we have a lot of channels with the "Announcements" in the channel name. A specific channel I'm looking for (i.e., Microsoft Announcements) is not listed in the 5 returned in Amplify. How can we see or specify more channels?Steve RossApr 15, 2024Copper Contributor243Views0likes0CommentsIndustry benchmarking
Is there any benchmarking data available to know how an organisation is performing with their publications regarding reach and engagement? I'd like to get a sense of what industry best practice look like, so we can know if we're below or above the industry benchmark for organisations of our size or in comparison with others. I know its early in the Amplify days, but it would be good to know this - similar to how we can see industry benchmarking information with Glint. Hey, Do anyone know if there are graph or pnp comdlets for amplify? We deleted the whole 365 group connected to amplify using Remove-PnPMicrosoft365Group and everything got deleted but campaign still shows up in dashboard. Clicking on campaign gives me 404 but I am confused on how to get the campaign removed from dashboard after it has been deleted? anyone faced similar issue?RupaliAgrawal16Feb 08, 2024Copper Contributor227Views0likes0CommentsLanguage Translations in Viva Amplify
Hello and thanks in advance for your help. Is there an auto-translation feature for Viva Amplify posts? According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/amplify/viva-amplify-supported-languages languages are supported, but it doesn't state anything else. Extremely vauge. Would we need to purchase a third party tool and/or purchase an Azure translation subscription or something like that? Is this built in? Any context to language translations in Amplify would be of great help. Thank you!ThewatsonatorFeb 02, 2024Copper Contributor329Views0likes0CommentsViva Amplify Data Structure / Architecture design
Hi, Can anyone share a data architecture map for Viva Amplify? I'm aware that it creates a SharePoint site with a viva-amplify.aspx page and an associated Team. When testing with an adm account that did not have a OneDrive account, I got an error, so assume some aspects are saved in OneDrive? Also, the Outlook distribution channel - does this require the Exchange admin role and is any data (aside from the email sent) stored in Exchange, relating to Viva Amplify? The Microsoft documentation states you require a SharePoint admin role and a M365 Groups admin role to set-up. Is this also to create campaigns or just the set-up?mwtillyNov 14, 2023Copper Contributor438Views0likes0CommentsICYMI: New features in Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Viva Amplify is now GA
