Personalized User Content in Viva Amplify Campaigns
We’re exploring the use of Microsoft Viva Amplify to send out daily newsletters or notifications to users across our organization. Our goal is to make the content personalized for each user. we’ve noticed that Viva Amplify currently doesn’t seem to support inserting dynamic content that varies per users. Every user receives the same message in a campaign. To address this, we’re considering whether it’s possible to embed a custom SPFx web part inside a Viva Amplify template. The SPFx web part would dynamically render content based on the current logged-in user’s metadata, allowing each user to see personalized information. Questions: Is there any supported or upcoming way to include custom SPFx solutions inside Viva Amplify campaign templates (similar to how we can in SharePoint pages)? Or are there any built-in web parts or extensibility options that can help fetch and display personalized dynamic content for each user? If not currently supported, is there any roadmap item or recommended workaround for delivering personalized dynamic communications using Viva Amplify?Microsoft Viva Community now kicked off in Switzerland (with Amplify and Goals Deep Dive)

Unable to post to subsites
We were previously publishing Amplify to a SharePoint subsite but it looks like Microsoft has recently taken this away. This subsite has existed for quite some time and has a ton of content. So, the idea of migrating to a new hubsite and the impact that could have on links, pictures, etc. makes me nervous. Has anyone else run into this or have a workaround for publishing to a subsite? Was hoping to maybe publish to the main site and then move the site page down to the subsite, but it doesn't look like that is easy to do either.Error when creating campaign
Currently we have issue with attempting to create Campaigns. There are a handful of users that receive the following error when attempting to create a campaign. "An unexpected problem occurred. It's likely there is an error with your campaign name, alias, or member selection. Please go back and try re-entering those values to see if the problem resolves." We have verified that the users attempting to create are licensed with the Microsoft Viva Employee Communities & Communications license. Users are also set up as Campaign Managers. We also reverted the setting back to Everyone in your Organization can create campaigns, there is still an error. All users are allowed to create M365 group.Image Gallery webpart on roadmap?
When posting from Amplify to a SharePoint site, it would be nice if the image gallery webpart was available. I could understand the webpart not being available if outlook or teams was selected as it may not be supported across mail. Is Image Gallery on the roadmap to be included?
Viva Amplify Issues
Hello! I am currently doing a consulting project focused on the internal communications of a large corporation. Although Viva Amplify is a very interesting tool, the following issues prevent us from recommending the platform: 1. It does not allow audience targeting for SharePoint publications. This is a major issue. 2. It does not have a calendar of all the scheduled publications, with the channels and audiences of each one - it does not allow communicators to have a holistic view what is being communicated 3. It does not provide comprehensive analytical capabilities - it does not showcase the average time in each publication and it does not showcase the overal usage and engagement with the channels Does anyone know of a way to solve this issues? Any extension? Deleted please focus on improving Viva Amplify

Viva Amplify is the newest addition to the Viva Suite, poised to transform the way organizations meaningfully reach and engage their employees. With Viva Amplify, organizations can leverage centralized campaign management, multi-channel publishing, and reporting capabilities to empower corporate communicators to connect with every employee effortlessly. All of this new value, including Viva Amplify, will be available as part of the Viva Suite and with the Communications & Communities (C&C) solution. For customers who have these licenses, it will be backfilled.Set up Amplify and check out the Adoption resources.
Be sure to review this guide for setting up Amplify in your organisation. You need to have either a Viva Communications and Communities license, or a Viva Suite license. Add people to the admin roles - SharePoint Admin, Groups Admin. Manage who can create campaigns in Amplify - Default is ‘Everyone in your organisation’. But you can limit it to selected people and members of security groups you define. The Amplify app will appear in the Microsoft 365 app launcher once it has fully rolled out to your organisation.
