      <title>Personalized User Content in Viva Amplify Campaigns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We’re exploring the use of&amp;nbsp;Microsoft Viva Amplify to send out&amp;nbsp;daily newsletters or notifications to users across our organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our goal is to make the content&amp;nbsp;personalized for each user. we’ve noticed that Viva Amplify currently doesn’t seem to support inserting&amp;nbsp;dynamic content that varies per users. Every user receives the same message in a campaign.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To address this, we’re considering whether it’s possible to embed a&amp;nbsp;custom SPFx web part inside a Viva Amplify template. The SPFx web part would dynamically render content based on the current logged-in user’s metadata, allowing each user to see personalized information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Questions:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is there any supported or upcoming way to include&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;custom SPFx solutions&lt;/STRONG&gt; inside&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Viva Amplify campaign templates&lt;/STRONG&gt; (similar to how we can in SharePoint pages)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Or are there any&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;built-in web parts or extensibility options&lt;/STRONG&gt; that can help fetch and display&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;personalized dynamic content&lt;/STRONG&gt; for each user?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If not currently supported, is there any&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;roadmap item or recommended workaround&lt;/STRONG&gt; for delivering personalized dynamic communications using Viva Amplify?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are having issues with Outlook emails pulling through company branding from Viva Amplify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can customise the Outlook channel to edit the email output (i.e. changing the background colour of sections), but are struggling to change the colour theme for buttons - the buttons default to a blue theme and can't be changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am aware that the Brand Center may soon be able to work with Viva Amplify Outlook emails. Will the Brand Center allow company colours to be applied to webparts such as buttons?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Jake&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When it comes to posting publications meant for one or more SharePoint sites, how does Amplify account for any required meta-data fields for those site libraries?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For instance, you may have SharePoint site with deployed content-types that require columns like 'Region' or 'Type' to be populated. These could be required on the site, and so direct authoring on the site ensures they are populated, but when pushed from Amplify it doesn't look like these are accounted for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Viva Amplify adding users</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are testing the Viva C&amp;amp;C licensing in our org on a trial license for a month and it seems that we are not able to add any users to our Amplify campaigns unless they have SharePoint admin permissions.&amp;nbsp; We would like to have some users be able to contribute to a campaign but not create it and we would like those users to not have SharePoint admin rights.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there possibly some trick to setting up users for Amplify that we are missing?&amp;nbsp; We have followed the Learn article but nothing seems to be working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All users have a C&amp;amp;C license assigned to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to post to subsites</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were previously publishing Amplify to a SharePoint subsite but it looks like Microsoft has recently taken this away. This subsite has existed for quite some time and has a ton of content. So, the idea of migrating to a new hubsite and the impact that could have on links, pictures, etc. makes me nervous. Has anyone else run into this or have a workaround for publishing to a subsite?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was hoping to maybe publish to the main site and then move the site page down to the subsite, but it doesn't look like that is easy to do either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error when creating campaign</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently we have issue with attempting to create Campaigns. There are a handful of users that receive the following error when attempting to create a campaign.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"An unexpected problem occurred. It's likely there is an error with your campaign name, alias, or member selection. Please go back and try re-entering those values to see if the problem resolves."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have verified that the users attempting to create are licensed with the Microsoft Viva Employee Communities &amp;amp; Communications license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users are also set up as Campaign Managers. We also reverted the setting back to Everyone in your Organization can create campaigns, there is still an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All users are allowed to create M365 group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We have come across two questions/issues that I would like to share:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Error) Doubled Feedback in Analytics:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Teams posts, reactions seem to be doubled in analytics. For instance, a post will have 13 thumbs and 2 hearts - in analytics, this will read as 30 positive feedbacks. This seems to happen consistently across several Teams posts. Has anyone encountered this before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Question) Integrating Amplify content into SharePoint Newsflows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My customer is using SharePoint page details (such as "news type") to determine to which feeds a post will play out. Amplify does not allow altering site details when creating a SharePoint post. Thus, posts need to be edited after posting to ensture the flow is triggered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there some way around this?       <title>Viva Amplify Campaigns - Visibility / Teams Approvals</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with recent demos of Viva Amplify, I have run into two issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Campaign Visibility&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users can only see campaigns they themselves have created in their dashboard, no matter their role.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So Campaign 1, created by User A, will have User B as editor or approver. User B, however, sees only their own campaign, Campaign 2, in their Dashboard, but not Campaign 1. Using the campaign's URL, User B can view and edit Campaign 1 without issues. Direct navigation to the campaign's page from the dashboard, however, is not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is the same regardless the role and whether a user is an initial part of the campaign or added later. Both users are part of the M365 group and can navigate to the sites e.g. via the associated team sites.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Approvals&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Approvals seem to generally be causing errors at the moment. If an approver does receive an approval, the approval does not contain an option to view details / jump to the element that the approver needs to review. Below is a full view of the approval request details - I am almost certain there was a link leading to Amplify page included in the approval request not two months ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am thankful for any thoughts on this :).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am currently doing a consulting project focused on the internal communications of a large corporation. Although Viva Amplify is a very interesting tool, the following issues prevent us from recommending the platform:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;1.&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;It&amp;nbsp;does&amp;nbsp;not allow audience targeting for SharePoint publications. This is a major issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &lt;STRONG&gt;It does not have a calendar&lt;/STRONG&gt; of all the scheduled publications, with the channels and audiences of each one - it does not allow communicators to have a holistic view what is being communicated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. It does not provide comprehensive analytical capabilities - it does not showcase the average time in each publication and it does not showcase the overal usage and engagement with the channels&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know of a way to solve this issues? Any extension?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Deleted&lt;/LI-USER&gt;&amp;nbsp;please focus on improving Viva Amplify&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Amplify Templates available across all campaigns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&lt;BR /&gt;I created a template in a campaign - a template that I could use for other campaigns too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, I realized that the template is only available in the very campaign in which I created it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a possibility to make that template available to all publications across every campaigns?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there a quick way to copy the template in the targeted campaign?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
