The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Happy to share more details via DM. Thank you, Abirami Seeni (Abie)20Views0likes0CommentsBuild observability for scalable AI apps and agents selling through Microsoft Marketplace
Discover how to design observability for AI apps and agents selling through Microsoft Marketplace. This Marketplace Community article explains why visibility into execution behavior is essential for operating AI systems confidently at scale—not just keeping them running. As AI apps and agents reason, branch, retry, and exit dynamically at runtime, traditional infrastructure metrics fall short. Behavioral signals such as execution flow, token usage, latency, and failure patterns help explain what systems are doing, why outcomes occur, and how limits and safeguards shape behavior across tenants and environments. Learn how observability turns runtime telemetry into clarity that supports customer trust, usage‑based billing, and scalable operations. Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, We are attempting to enroll our company in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but our registration is being blocked by the automated trust verification system. We are a legitimate, legally registered business operating in the cloud connectivity industry. Our DUNS number and all company information entered during enrollment are accurate and match our official government records. We have also tried the partner.microsoft.com/support page, but it redirects us back to Partner Center — creating a loop with no resolution. We are kindly requesting: Escalation to the Partner Center Vetting / Trust & Safety team for manual review A reset or unblock of our enrollment so we can complete registration Guidance on any documentation required (business registration, address proof, domain ownership, etc.) — we are ready to provide everything immediately for email contact, please contact the email address we leave on the request (format as: email address removed for privacy reasons) Thank you in advance for your assistance.57Views1like2CommentsIn a Day (xIAD) Partner Events Program - Train the Trainer Events (DIAD/FAIAD/RTIAD/CDIAD/SQLAIAD)
