Partner profile
Does anyone know who to talk fix your business profile on AppSource. We don't show up under a lot of filter options including country, 2 of our 3 designations, professional services and industries. It is really limiting the chance to be found. I've talked to the support team and they've said it's based on algorithms and that not all partners will get profiled. Does anyone have a contact or ideas for how to impact the search results?KrobboMar 20, 2025Copper Contributor4Views0likes0CommentsBroken Benefits
As a Solution Partner in good standing, One of the "benefits" is Microsoft Product Support, In fact, when our clients have issues only questions submitted here will get answered. Problem is, the instructions say: While steps 1 and 2 are easy, when trying to accomplish step three, for a benefit in which we are entitled, we get this when going to the customer page. Can someone please explain to me HOW I'm supposed to add my customer to get support? This seems like a clear breach of benefits. To pre-answer some your questions: I'm a global admin on this domain, I have all partner administration roles assigned to me.scottkercredMar 13, 2025Copper Contributor115Views0likes4CommentsCpor Microsoft Information protection
Hi, I have notices an issue recently that all of our cpor claims for Microsoft Informaton Protection shows as 0 paid avialiable units and 0 Monthly Active Users. Even though the customers have licenses that includes MIP and have MIP deployed. Have any one else experianced this problem and how have did you solved it? So far Microsoft haven't been that helpful. For us it's really important with these cpor claims in regards to our partnerships with Microsoft. Dear community, We would like your prompt and precious support on helping us understand how the Maximum earning opportunity (MEO) works. Fyi, we are an Indirect Provider in SP program. We have one of our biggest bids, that includes a pleathora of Microsoft 365 E3. M365 E3 is coming with 2 types of incentives, "Core" & "Global SPA T1". Following the latest file "CSP Indirect Provider Incentives Guide (1January2025)", M365 E3 has a MEO threshold of $118,750 for the "Core " type of incentive, while it also has MEO threshold of $125,000 for the second one, the "Global spa – Tier 1" incentive for Innovate markets. The questions: could you please help us understand how the MEO is being calculated and used? Does these MEOs are being summed up as part of our project (per customer tenant and/or per partner) offering a total of $243.750 ($118,750+$125,000) or are they being calculated separately per incentive type, setting the limit to the aforementioned thresholds? Kindly asking for a prompt response on this in order to make our decision on the proposal. Thank you so much in advance! Hello, I hope this is the right discussion group for this. Could someone please tell me if the non-incentivized recognitions for CPOR Claims (both revenue association and usage association) means the recognition is reflected in the scoring for Solutions Partner Designation? If not, in what way is the association recognized? Thank you in advance.214820Mar 08, 2025Brass Contributor43Views0likes1CommentCom a finalização do Action Pack, benefícios como licenças do Win10/11 e Office 2019 não existirão?
Atualmente temos assinatura do action pack. ENGLISH TRANSLATION: ------------------------------ We currently have a subscription to the action pack. I find it very interesting because it provides licenses of windows 10/11 in addition to some licenses of office 2019. They fit my current scenario very well. My renewal period arrived and I was evaluating here the new enrollment offers, including Partner Launch Benefits and Partner Success Core Benefits, however, I did not see in the list of benefits these I mentioned. I saw that there were some new benefits that are very interesting too, for example, in the Partner Success Core Benefits, Visual Studio Pro licenses jump from 3 to 8 but features such as windows and office licenses were also very attractive. Will these licenses not be offered anyway or will there be some package that will offer?SolvedrafaelmenesesMar 03, 2025Copper Contributor258Views0likes6CommentsGetting benefits from Solution Designation without purchase
Moving from legacy Microsoft Silver / Gold legacy benefits to new benefits is missing a lot in Azure subscription benefit. So basically I need to purchase both - Partner Success Expended Benefits AND the Solution partner designation , or just one? I need Azure us much as I can get.Solved82Views0likes3CommentsMoving MAPS Benefits
I recently renewed my MAPS subscription (just before MAPS subscriptions ended) because I wanted to test using Azure for a GIS application. I built the application in a sandbox VM using a newly created MCPP subscription but later found it wasn't receiving the MAPS credits ($100 per month). I subsequently found and following instructions for allocating the MAPS benefit to a user and redeeming the credits, but I noticed that following those instructions created a new Microsoft Partner Network subscription - which I assume has the MAPS benefits applied. Can I get the MAPS benefits moved from the newly created but empty Microsoft Partner Network subscription to the MCPP Subscription where the application resides? If that's not possible then can I move the entire Resource Group from the MCPP Subscription to the Microsoft Partner Network subscription, so the application gains access to the MAPS credits? I'm reluctant to try moving the resource group before getting advice in case it breaks the application. I've logged a support ticket but have had no reply as yet.SolvedcadbaseFeb 21, 2025Copper Contributor99Views1like4CommentsTwo MS partners supporting one customer, but only one gets recognition for MAU growth !!
Hi community, I was very surprised to learn that for the given scenario below, a MS partner will get not any recognition for deployment and MAU growth. This was confirmed by MS Partner Support. Do you have similar experiences? Ralf Scenario: 1. Customer C has two MS partners: partner p1 provisions all licences, partner p2 deployed the D365 CE solution and provides ongoing enhancements and BAU support. 2. The license agreement is CSP (not EA!) Recognition of each partner's work: 1. Partner p1 gets recognition for Net Customer Add (CSP) and for MAU growth (that's ok) 2. Partner p2 gets no recognition at all, neither for deployment nor for MAY growth (surprise, surprise) In other words: The work partner p2 is doing to drive adoption and growth is not viable from a partner's membership perspective; partner p2 should consider handing over the work to another partner.RalfWFeb 11, 2025Brass Contributor919Views0likes6Comments
