Alert when tasks are assigned to me across multiple SharePoint lists (private Teams channels)
Hello everyone, In my company we use SharePoint lists (not Planner) to manage tasks inside private Teams channels. Each project/team has its own task list, and people assign tasks to colleagues using the "Assigned To" column. My challenge: I would like to receive an automatic alert (email or Teams message) every time a task is assigned to me, regardless of which SharePoint list/site it comes from. The problem is: I don’t know in advance when someone will create a new list. Power Automate triggers (When an item is created or modified) need to be configured for each list individually. Planner/To Do integration would solve this, but Planner is not available for private Teams channels in our tenant. So, my questions are: Is there any way to catch all tasks assigned to me across multiple SharePoint lists without manually creating a flow per list? Are there any best practices for consolidating assigned tasks from multiple SharePoint lists into a single place (dashboard, notifications, central list, etc.)? Any advice, examples, or workarounds would be very welcome! Thanks in advance, Hugo Cristina
SharePoint form customized with Power Apps not displaying
We have a SharePoint list with a form that was customized using Power Apps a few years ago. Recently, I was informed that the form is not loading. I don't know how long it has been broken, or if it started after a change to anything in the environment. I'm able to replicate the issue using Chrome and Edge. In Edge, it displays a blank screen, in Chrome, it shows "apps.powerapps.com refused to connect". In the browser Dev tools I am seeing the following error: Refused to frame 'https://apps.powerapps.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' https://*.powerapps.com". We've made some adjustments to the CSP settings in Power Platform Admin for the Default environment, but have not been able to resolve this yet. The current setup we are trying today is in the image below. I was hoping that by removing all of the sources, we might be able to get it to work, but no luck thus far. Previously, we had some domains entered in Source, like 'self', and *.powerapps.com, and even added some other ones yesterday. It doesn't seem to change the exact text of the error I'm seeing in the browser dev tools, which makes me wonder if there's a long timeframe between those changes and when they are fully in effect, or maybe I'm going down the wrong path entirely. If anyone has some additional troubleshooting guidance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Brian
Capture Approval Comments from SharePoint Approval
I am using a SharePoint list for items that are being independently worked. Once the work item is complete an approval is sent for review. The approval request is done on the list with the built-in function not using power automate. How can I capture the approval decision, date and comments using the basic built-in function using power automate? I don't need to send an email. I cannot have the flow triggered on an item once it is created as the created item will be worked at a later time. I just want to capture data related to the approval decision.
Trying to change active user based on dates
Hello, I have a SharePoint list with several fields: Person A Person B Active Person Start Date End Date I want to set up a flow so that when a list item is modified, a flow checks if TODAY is between Start Date and End Date. I can't download attachment file in powerapps.Finally found the reson is that the value of the attachment is not changed to AbsoluteUri,but I can't find "lagacy formula bar"in the setting of powerapps. I don't know whether is version dateup,how to solve this issue? Anyone know the method?
Problem handling data from masked form
Hello dear community, I recently discover PowerApps and I frequently query that powerfull forum to find answers to my questions. Nevertheless I'm experiencing a problem for which I can't find any answer yet. Here is the context : I have a screen containing one form in view mode. The visible control of the form is set to false. On the same screen I also have several radio buttons fields which are set based on the values retrieved from the form The screen and the record to display are called from an email containing a deep link which perfectly works My problem is : when the form visible control is set to false then deep linking results in radio buttons which are not updated, as if the record was not correctly retrieved. But when I turn the visible control of the form to true then it works. Since I don't want to display the form but only the radio buttons, it is a problem not to be able to make the form invisible. Of course I can fix it by reducing the form size and hiding it behind another element of the screen, but I don't think it is the best way to fix the issue. Does somebody know what the problem is and how I can fix it in a more serious way ? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hi, I have a Power Automate approval flow (specifically, instant type) in SharePoint Online that uses Premium connectors. It is correct that only page's Authors who start the approval flow needs an Premium Per User license because the flow runs in their context? On the other hand, isn't it required that flow's Approvers also have a Premium Per User license? In particular, this is what is meant here when in the Faq for terms "runs": Instant flows (button, hybrid triggers) run in the context of the user who invokes them, regardless of the connections used in the flow. If an automated or scheduled flow uses a premium connector, only the owner needs to have a Premium license. If an instant flow has premium connectors, every user who runs the flow needs a Power Automate Premium license. In such cases, instead of licensing every user, you can license the flow with a Process license. Can't create folders or files in a new sharepoint site after it is created in Power Automate
I'm encountering issues when creating Team sites via Power Automate. Specifically, the "General" folder and private channel folders are not being generated as expected. I've attempted using the _api/web/lists/ensureSiteAssetsLibrary endpoint, but the issue persists. Please refer to the attached image to see the specific error. The warning message within the red circle reads: "A mistake occurred while retrieving the channel's SharePoint URL."
