Need to transfer all photos from OneDrive into a hard drive. I'm almost running out of space on OneDrive, and I want to find a way to quickly download all of them somewhere, before deleting them from the cloud. Thing is, it seems like I have to scroll and drag click all of the photos; 3 years worth of them, which is really tedious to do. I was wondering if there was an easier way to just download all of them somewhere? Note that this isn't about the OneDrive files, it's the OneDrive photos section, which I don't think you could sync to your computer. I'm using a MacBook Air M1 2021, if it helps. Hi everyone, Our Teams are now configured with Direct Routing function and is connected with another PBX through SBC. We set a ring group in another PBX, including that PBX's extension and a dummy extension which will call Teams client simultaneously. We have confirmed that PBX extension and Teams Client can call each other normally. Now if there is an incoming call to this ring group, Teams client can answer this call. But when tried transferring the call, it seems that I can only transfer to an internal teams user. Is it possible to transfer call to a specified number from Teams client? Any idea is warmly welcome!Solved12KViews0likes6CommentsClone a Windows 2016 Server HDD to a bootable SSD for replacement/backup
Does Server 2016 have an easy way to clone the HDD to an SSD, including replicating the drive partitions so that the drive can be simply swapped out of the machine? And a way to save a backup clone in case of that drive's failure? I saw articles about using Sysprep to prepare an image but that doesnt provide for making sure the recovery partition is cloned, nor does it ensure that the machine will be bootable. Can it perhaps take a hardware fingerprint to make sure its being used for one particular machine? If the solution is a 3rd party cloning tool, what is recommended? All, We have Teams call queues set up. An external caller dials the queue. One of four people in the queue answers the call on their Yealink MP56 or T55 phone. They then transfer the external caller by choosing a named user in Teams from the phones interface for searching Teams users. When the Teams user receiving the call answers...about 50% of the time, that user, and the original caller, cannot hear each other. The call shows as connected, but there is 'dead air'. Anyone else experience something like this? Thank you.Solved4.3KViews1like4CommentsTransferring Business Premium Licenses Between Partners
My understanding is that NCE imposes a strict limit of 300 Business SKU's per tenancy. If we are transferring from a different CSP partner to ours we normally purchase the licenses first and then ask the other partner to cancel. If we wish to transfer 290 Business Premium licenses then I presume that this process won't work?BITS Downloading App updates from unknown endpoint
Hi, Our IDS started freaking out today because a large number of our endpoints started initiating BITS downloads to an unknown endpoint. My initial reaction was ransomware, but after further investigation it appears that these BITS downloads are updates for Windows Store Apps. I am making this post to confirm that these endpoints are actually indeed official Microsoft endpoints. The BITS requests I had seen were all for the Limelight Networks CDN (llnwd[.]net), which I have heard hosts content for a lot of MSPs, one of which being Microsoft. Checking the logs, it appears that our workstations have never made BITS requests to this CDN. All previous BITS updates were carried out using official microsoft.com endpoints. The following are some examples of the domains seen in the BITS requests: ic-c39e4900-0f7065-msftstoretlu19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-0d5ab5-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-08b3f9-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-0700f8-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net Although all my investigations point to these being official Microsoft endpoints, I am worried that a CDN is being used because a malicious actor could easily mangle the URLs to make them look like official Microsoft ones. Is this the correct place to confirm that the above sub-domains are official Microsoft, and if not where should I ask this question instead? Thanks4KViews2likes4CommentsiOS Teams transfer not working
Transferring a call that was answered through the Teams iOS app (User 1) places the call on hold and never transfers the call to the recipient (User 2). The app on User 1's phone shows "Transferring to User 2", User 2 is put on hold, and the transfer never begins. After the failure, the call is unable to be disconnected and the app needs to be force closed. I created a ticket last week and was told by the MS support tech that there are no troubleshooting steps available and they closed the ticket. We have been using Teams for phone for over a year now and the transfer has always worked until about a week and a half ago. Nothing changed within the configuration and it is happening company-wide. Any help or other occurrences would be appreciated.3.9KViews0likes6CommentsOdd Issue with Response Groups and Calls Transfered to RG Causes S4B to Crash on Computer
We are using Response Groups in a lot of areas for our work. We had it reported to us that in one popular area where a lot of calls come in from other campus phones that once the call is transferred, the Skype for Business client on the computer crashes. The call continues directly on the phone (Polycom VVX 310), but the Skype client on the computer crashes. After learning about this issue, I put myself and a few others in a test Response Group so we could test. We were able to duplicate the issue. We applied some Windows updates which then corrected the issue, but with the latest updates from Microsoft, the issue is back. Curious if anyone else has seen this issue and has a solution. Again, the scenario that causes the issue. Caller X calls Caller Y (Y is campus phone), caller Y transfers to Caller R (response group) to say who they are transferring, Caller Y transfers the call (consultative transfer), Caller R has their Skype for Business app crash on their computer. The call continues, but Caller R has to start up the Skype for Business program again on their computer for that integration. Below are details we pulled from the last failure when we tried this process. Again, looking for a solution as the area getting these calls is having their Skype for Business app close out on them multiple times a day. It appears to be related to Windows Updates. I have a query which i hope someone can help me with. Here's the example: User A makes a teams call to User B who then transfers the call to User Cs mobile phone. Once the transfer is made User A can see User Cs mobile telephone number. In our case, we do not want User Cs mobile number to be visible to User A as we want to keep User Cs mobile number private. Any ideas?Solved2.6KViews2likes3Comments
